暑假期间,我看了一本书——《绿野仙踪》,这本书是美国作家弗兰克·鮑姆的代表作，看完以后我感觉受益匪浅,感受颇深。
During the summer vacation, I read a book, the wizard of Oz, which is the representative work of Frank Baum, an American writer. After reading it, I feel greatly benefited and deeply felt.

故事是这样的,美国堪萨斯州的姑娘多萝茜被龙卷风卷到一个叫孟奇金的地方,北方女巫指点她到翡翠城去找奥芝国大术士帮忙送她回家。路上先后遇到了需要一个好脑袋的稻草人;需要一颗心的铁皮櫵夫以及需要胆量的小雄狮。他们为了各自的理想和愿望,结伴而行。这一路并不顺利,但艰难险阻并没有打垮他们......而是让他们团结起来,一起共渡难关,最后他们历尽千辛万苦之后，多萝茜终于平安回到家乡。
The story is that Dorothy, a girl from Kansas, USA, was swept to a place called mengqijin by a tornado. The northern witch instructed her to go to jadeite city to find the magician of Oz to help her go home. On the way, I met the scarecrow who needed a good head, the iron man who needed a heart and the little lion who needed courage. They go together for their own ideals and aspirations. The journey was not smooth, but the difficulties did not defeat them... Instead, they were brought together to tide over the difficulties. At last, after all their hardships, Dorothy finally returned home safely.
和他们不畏艰辛、勇于前行相比,自己可就差远了。有一次,妈妈给我报了硬笔书法班,一开始我还满怀热情努力学习,可是才坚持了几天我就觉得学习硬笔书法十分枯燥，于是我便在课上开小差,回到家也不认真完成老师布置的作业，想到这里，我感觉十分地惭愧。
Compared with their fearlessness and courage to move forward, they are far behind. Once, my mother reported hard pen calligraphy class to me. At the beginning, I was full of enthusiasm and hard work, but after a few days of persistence, I found it very boring to learn hard pen calligraphy. So I started a small job in class and didn't finish the homework assigned by my teacher when I came home. I felt very ashamed to think of it.
看了这本书以后,我要向多萝茜以及她的小伙伴们学习,做任何事情要有恒心,坚持不懈、战胜自我、不怕困难,才能最终实现自己的愿望。
After reading this book, I want to learn from Dorothy and her friends. To do anything, I need to be persistent, overcome myself, and not afraid of difficulties, so that I can finally realize my wishes.
