　　很多时候我们在沟通的时候总会比较激进。至少我之前是这样的。但是我看完这本书之后我会先问自己想要什么然后再去沟通。尤其是有人说我不好的时候。后来发现当你真的听进去思考了你会发现很多人家给你的批评其实是你内心想要提升的道路。当你了解了自己的需要然后去聆听（不管好坏）这样你们才能真正的做到意义上的"沟通"而不是自说自话。

　　A lot of times when we communicate, we are always more radical. At least I was. But after reading this book, I will ask myself what I want before I communicate.
