说到我身边的老师，我想到了我所在的二年级数学组，这个汇集了老中青三代教育力量的集合体。它蕴涵了老教师的教学经验，青年教师的锐意进取，还有作为中流砥柱的中年教师承上启下。应该说生活在这样一个集体中，我感到很幸福。她们没有丰功伟绩，我无法用华丽的辞藻讴歌赞颂她们。我想通俗得讲，那应该就是在她们身上吸引我的优点吧。每个人都是有优点的，那么每个人都是有模范的方面的。

今天，我想讲一讲我所见所 闻的老师们的模范的方面：我们的李志敏老师，赵凤云都是老教师了，常常见到她们到校都比较早，她们主动打扫办公室，或是到班级早早等待学生，积极配合班主任工作。李志敏老师，常常可以看到她在教室或者办公室耐心指导学生学习数学。她对待学生的热情和数学工作的执着，让多少家长折服信赖，令多少老师自叹不如。她们埋下知识的种子，盼望它硕果满枝，播种优秀品格，播种高贵情感，让幼苗长成参天大树，，不悔粉笔灰染白她们的双鬓。

我们学校的模范老师没有殷雪梅那么惊人的奉献精神，也没有魏书生那样精湛的教学技术和管理能力。但是就是这平平常常，普普通通。平凡中透露着伟大。他们可以是阳光，会让温暖充满每一个心灵空间。可以是春风，会让真情开遍每一个心灵花园，可以是雨露，会让每一棵小草都笑容满面，可以是泉水，会让每一次成功和失败都化为甘甜。在高大的灌木面前不曾悲哀，因为大地不会忘记小草的绿色。在宽阔的海洋面前他们不曾气馁，因为拥有大海一样的胸怀！
Our school's model teacher is not as amazing as Yin Xuemei's dedication, nor as exquisite as Wei Shusheng's teaching technology and management ability. But it's just plain and common.
