When we were young, we learned a word -- helping others, this idiom means literally, helping others, happy themselves. This spirit has been passed down from ancient times to today. 小时候我们学到了一个词——助人为乐，这个成语的意思就是字面意思，帮助他人，快乐自己。这种精神从古流传至今，在不同人群，不同地区，不同国家，都有所耳闻，以至于我们还能时而不时地感受到人心之善。

But according to the current situation, helping others seems to be a big problem. We can often see such news: the young people help the old people to stand up, but the old people blame the young people for making them fall and ask the young people to compensate for the loss. But the truth of the matter is that the old man himself fell, or intentionally touched porcelain, so such an event makes people begin to doubt the spirit of helping others, now helping others does not bring praise, but brings bad influence.

但根据如今的情况，助人为乐似乎成为了一个天大的难题。我们能够经常看到这样的新闻：年轻人帮助老人站起来，但是老人却谴责年轻人使他们摔倒，并且要求年轻人赔偿损失。但事实的真相是老人自己跌倒的，或是故意碰瓷导致的，以至于这样的事件让人们开始怀疑助人为乐的精神，现在助人为乐并没有给人带来赞美，反而带来了不好的影响。

To this day, we often reflect, should we help others enthusiastically and blindly? I think we should be eager to help others because this is the traditional virtue of China, the news we see is not good, but it doesn't mean that everyone will do that, the mainstream is still good, and everyone who gets help will say thank you.

直至今日，我们常常反思，是否应该热情盲目的帮助他人呢？我觉得我们还是应该心怀帮助他人的热心，因为这是中国的传统美德，我们所看到的新闻是不好的，但是不意味着每个人都会那样做，主流还是好的，每个得到帮助的人还是会讲谢谢的。
