I’m happy to know that you will come here to learn Chinese, and I’ve found a lovely place for you. Located on Fangcao Street, the flat, which is 25 square-meters, includes three rooms, one of which is a living-room, the other two are a bathroom and a kitchen. It is only one stop away from Jianxin Chinese School. You could take Bus No.11 at the bus-stop just in front of the building to reach there easily. The flat is on the third floor with a bed, a sofa, a desk and some chairs. Considering it is actually a bit small, the rent is only 500 yuan per month.
I reckon this house is suitable for you. Nevertheless, maybe this fiat is not as good as your wish. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with it, just contact me at your earliest convenience, and I’ll try my best to look for a better place to meet your needs.
