The Company’s businesses could be divided into five segments: information products segment, software integration segment, digital products distribution segment, communication technology segment and intelligent transportation segment. The Company primarily distributes its scanners under the brand name of UNIS. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had three major subsidiaries.
