GUANGZHOU IRON AND STEEL CO.,LTD is principally engaged in the production, processing and sale of metallurgical products and coke chemical products, as well as trading business of steel products. The Company offers round steel bars, deformed steel bars, gas products and other products. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced 1.0144 million tons of pig iron, 1.4484 million tons of steel and 1.5889 million tons of steel products. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had four major subsidiaries and associates.
