Description

Shanghai 3F New Materials Company Limited is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of fluorine chemical products. The Company’s major products are fluorine polymers, chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) products and CFC substitutes, including polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) functional resins, specialty fluorine rubber, environment friendly fluorine rubber products and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resins, among others. The Company distributes its products primarily in Shanghai, Changshu in Jiangsu province and Inner Mongolia autonomous region, China. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had two subsidiaries, which involved in manufacture and distribution of fluorine chemical products. On June 25, 2010, the Company completed the purchase of 50% of the ownership interest of Inner Mongolia Marriott Fluorine Chemical Co., Ltd.
