(1) We should have four kinds of foods every day---meat ,fruit-vegetables ,cereals and milk foods. They are very good for us . They can make us heathly.

(2) We should wash our hands before we eat.

(3) We should have three meals on time.

(4) We should eat plenty of vegetables.

(5) We should eat plenty of fruit.

(6) We shouldn't eat too much chocolate.

(7) We shouldn't drink too much coke.

(8) We shouldn't drink lots of tea and coffee.

(9) We shouldn't drink lots of cold water.

(10) We shouldn't eat too many sweets. They are bad for our teeth.

(11) We shoudn't say more during eating.
