       I'm sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. I think you should have a rest . You shouldn't study late very night ,you should have a good rest. If you are too stressed out ,chinese doctor believe that you should eat more yin foods,like tofu. When you are very tired ,you shouldn't do any work or lie down and have a rest .I konw you are tired and have a lot of headaches.I think you should go to bed early and you can go to the doctor,too . You should drink lots of  tea when you are have a cold .You can  make chinese friends, they can help you  to  learn the Putonghua.I know your host family  is very good . Really?
