Career and Interested

Today the world is full of competition .more and more people have complained that it is really difficult for them to find an ideal career . In other words, they have to engage themselves in the field that they are not interested in. 

        People generally believe that the ideal state of life is being able to do the job that you are interested in .A person is luck if his career coincides with his interested and hobby.  

       However as we all know many people choose their career which he or she does not interest . What are the cause of the situation? There are several factors leading to this phenomenon .To begin with ,the pressure of life and employment is plays a vital role. In addition ,the number of graduates is greater than the need in the market ,it is hard for people to find the career are satisfied with his interest. Last but not the least ,most of the career choices in today’s world are not personal choices at all .but people are held hostage by paychecks, family and peer pressure, so most of us take up jobs or careers followed by a paycheck, even though we are not passionate about the work that we are going to do.

       Form my point of view ,it is time for us to take some effect measures to balance the career and interest .first and foremost ,we can put the interest as a leisure. We can spend our free time to do the things we interest . In addition ,we can choose the career close to our interest .perhaps this will make our interest more extensive. Only through these ways can we find a satisfactory job and have a brighter future.
