  1) make a complaint, and

  2) give your suggestion.

  You should write about 100 words on ANSWER SHEET.

  As one of the regular customers of your flagship store, I really like your products. Sadly, I found the mobile phone I bought last week was of poor quality, so I am writing this letter to express my complaint and give you a suggestion.

  作为你们舰店的一名老客户,我十分喜欢你们的产品。但令人遗憾的是,我发现上个星期购买的手机质量很差。所以我这写封信旨在表达我对此事的不满,并给你们建议。

  There is a problem that the battery needs recharging after a mere 2 hours of use. As a result, I need to carry my charger with me when I go out for a day. Personally, it would be better if you could prolong the battery life through scientific and technological innovation.

  问题就是,手机在使用仅两小时后就需要再充电。因此,当我外出时需要随身携带充电器。个人意见,你们最好通过科技革新来以此延长电池的使用寿命。

  I really hope you can settle the matter as soon as possible. And I would like to extend my greatest appreciation if you are so kind as to take my suggestion into consideration.
