To Work in a Small Company or in a Big Company
There are various ways for people to work, all of which can be classified under the following two categories: to work in a small company or to work in a big company. Both are beneficial to us. Yet the benefits vary according to different individuals, particularly when there is a wide range of choices for them.

Some people are crazy about working in a small company. It can be attributed to that they can get a promotion and reach a high position easily. It is quite natural for many other people to choose to work in a big company. They can meet more companions who come from different nations.

On the whole, people working in a small company can take charge of a great project, while other people working in a big company have more chances to go abroad for exploring their knowledge. Which is more beneficial, working in a small company or in a big company? Everyone can do a suitable choice according to his own idea. As far as I am concerned, I prefer to work in a big company. It can widen my vision and expand my knowledge.



To Work in a Small Company or in a Big Company

In recent years, more and more college students will graduate from universities and they immediately face an important problem: how to choose their first job. They must make a choice between working in a small company and in a big company.

Actually, to work in a small company or in a big company both have their respective advantages and shortcomings. If you enter a big company luckily, you can gain stable income, welfare. But you may have less opportunity to be promoted because big companies own a large amount of employees and there will be more competence in a big company. Conversely, if you engage in a small company, you may be allocated a comprehensive position and do every thing you can do. You may be transferred to a higher position in a short time and you can act as a manager very soon. But it is possible that you salary in a small company is less than that in a big company.

My opinion is if you have no chance to enter a big company, you may choose a small one as your first employer. So you can improve your ability sufficiently. And then you could have competence for a higher position in a big company.
