Under the dim light,he is bent on his study while taking food.He is thin and the bottles of medicine on the table show that he is very poor in health.From the picture,it is obvious that the issue of intellectuals’treatment has really become more and more serious.
② This problem may arise from the following factors. Tobegin with，I'm fully convinced that there is often a shortage of investment on scientific study.According to a recently published report from the State Council,only 3% of the total GDP was invested in the development of science and technology last year.The report also predicts that future investment will most probably remain unchanged.Consequently,the shortage of fund has a direct impact upon intellectuals' work and health
.③In the second place,though the central government has made various policies to improve intellectuals'conditions,some local governments won't implement these policies effectively.Sometimes these governments even intentionally pay no attention to the requests by intellectuals.Last but not the least,most of the intellectuals ignore the importance of sports and outdoor activities.This also gives rise to their poor health and less efficient work.
